Hi and welcome to Casa Limones

Casa Limones is a two-bedroomed bungalow situated in the small  bay area of Cala de les Palmeretes in Venta Lanuza. It is a quiet area roughly half way between El Campello and Villajoyosa.

Casa Limones is one of 26 bungalows in Monte Lanuza II. With its own gardens front and rear, it also shares the community garden and lovely pool with the neighbours.

​

Safe parking is provided at the rear of the property and is accessed only with the use of electronic gates for which a key is required. A 20 euros deposit is required on arrival if you want access this way.

​

The property is all on one floor making it ideal for families and those who have problems with stairs (although, of course, there are steps up to the large roof terrace).

​

It contains a spacious lounge, 2 double bedrooms, large bathroom with bath and shower over bath & bidet. The kitchen is fully-equipped with  large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and a good selections of pans and cooking equipment.

​

The main bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom, two singles. A cot, high-chair and other items for babies can be provided free of charge on request.

​

The front patio is equipped with good quality wooden furniture and is ideal for catching the sun from early morning until late afternoon - yes, and even in December!

​

The back garden is a perfect place to eat and chill-out.

Sunbeds are provided for either the roof terrace or the back garden - whichever suits your personal needs. The large roof terrace is a great place for evening barbecues. 

​

All windows and doors are fitted with locks, mosquito netting and rejas (security gates). As the house is so close to the sea, the breeze in summer is quite adequate combined with the good-quality fans provided for each of the rooms.
